A NEW environmentally-friendly park could be built in Jid Al Haj to meet the demand from residents for a green, recreational space in the area.The Northern Municipal Council has recommended the allocation of a government-owned plot for the facility following the approval of a proposal presented by council chairman and area councillor Dr Sayed Shubbar Al Wedaie .
