ENDURANCE – Bahrain’s Royal Endurance Team and the winning riders were honoured during the awards ceremony of the FEI Endurance World Championship for Young Horses, held in Jullianges, France.
The event took place in a festive atmosphere and in the presence of officials from the International Equestrian Federation (FEI), participating teams, and winning riders.
The Royal Endurance Team received the silver cup after securing second place in the teams’ category, while rider Sultan Al Rumaihi was awarded the bronze cup for finishing third in the individual competition.
This achievement adds to the distinguished international record of the Royal Endurance Team and highlights the status of Bahrain’s endurance sport, which continues to advance under the leadership and support of His Majesty the King Hamad’s representative for humanitarian work and youth affairs, Supreme Council for Youth and Sport chairman, and Royal Endurance Team captain Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa.
The kingdom’s squad enjoyed strong performances in the event from top riders Al Rumaihi, Fahad Al Khatri, Faisal Al Enezi, Isa Al Enezi, and Mohammed Al Ruwai’i.
