CYCLING – TEAM Bahrain Victorious rider Vlad van Mechelen was the team’s top finisher yesterday in the 199.7-kilometre opening stage of the Tour de Pologne 2025, which got underway in Poland.
The Belgian narrowly missed out on the top 10 after placing 13th as part of the leading bunch in a sprint to the finish. The second of the seven-stage race is set to be held today covering 149.4km.
