His Majesty King Hamad issued Decree-Law (36) of 2025, amending certain provisions of Decree-Law (4) of 2001 on the Prohibition and Combating of Money Laundering and Terrorism Financing, based on the proposal of the Prime Minister and following the approval of the Cabinet.
The Prime Minister and ministers, each within their capacity, will implement the provisions of this decree-law, which shall come into effect the day following its publication in the Official Gazette .
