Bahrain's real estate market saw a notable rise in transaction volumes in the first half of 2025, even as performance across key sectors remained largely unchanged, according to a new report from CBRE Middle East.
Total real estate transactions in the kingdom reached 13,452, a 16.4 per cent increase from the first half of 2024.
The total value of these transactions grew by 3.9pc to BD775.2 million.
