Deputy Prime Minister Shaikh Khalid bin Abdulla Al Khalifa met with GCC secretary general Jasem Mohamed Albudaiwi, UAE Minister of Climate Change and Environment Dr Amna Al Dahak, Egypt Minister of Water Resources and Irrigation Dr Hani Sweilam as well as speakers and participants in the Global Water Energy Climate Change Congress, organised by the Oil and Environment Ministry at Exhibition World Bahrain.
Shaikh Khalid underlined Bahrain’s commitment to supporting regional and international environmental and climate initiatives, and to enhancing multilateral co-operation for a more prosperous future for all .
