His Majesty King Hamad yesterday received Qatari Ambassador Sultan bin Ali Al Khater at Safriya Palace.
He welcomed Mr Al Khater and reviewed the close relations between the two countries and means to enhance co-operation for the benefit of both peoples.
His Majesty thanked the ambassador for his efforts to advance bilateral ties and follow up on the Bahrain-Qatar Causeway project, which will support economic integration, wishing him continued success.
The Ambassador expressed gratitude to the King for the commitment to enhancing the long-standing bonds between the two countries and their peoples.
