Turkish emergency workers rescued a woman in a wheelchair from drowning after she got stuck in floodwaters in an underpass on Monday.
A video from local news site Hatay Press showed the woman trying to keep her head above water while two people, believed to be from the local fire department, waded in to help her.
The disabled woman was returning home from shopping when she got trapped in the floodwater under the bridge.
Firefighters from the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality rescued her just in time, and she was taken to the hospital.
