Alba, the world’s largest aluminium smelter on one site, has announced the appointment of Ahmed Mazen Matar, a Bahraini national, as its new manager-training with effect from tomorrow.
In this pivotal role, Mr Matar will oversee the design and implementation of training programmes across Alba’s operations, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and the company’s long-term vision .
