The spectacular Grand Finale of the Woman of the Year Awards 2025 Bahrain took place at the prestigious Diplomat Radisson Blu Hotel, Residence & Spa last night, marking another milestone in celebrating Bahraini Women’s Day.
Building on the success of last year’s inaugural event, this second edition of the awards programme, organised by Woman This Month magazine, in association with GDN Media and Porsche, continued its mission to recognise and honour exceptional Bahraini women whose achievements have made significant contributions across diverse fields, inspiring communities and future generations alike.
The gala evening brought together distinguished guests, community leaders and changemakers to celebrate women’s excellence across five major categories, showcasing the remarkable impact of women throughout Bahrain’s social and economic landscape.
The 2025 Awards witnessed an overwhelming response from the community, with nominations highlighting the exceptional talent and dedication of women making a difference in Bahrain.
The rigorous selection process combined expert evaluation by a distinguished panel of judges with enthusiastic public participation through voting.
Russell Bedford Assure Audits once again provided independent oversight, auditing every stage of the awards process to ensure transparency, objectivity and adherence to established criteria.
George F Middleton, Red House Marketing chairman, expressed his gratitude: “We’re honoured to continue this important initiative that shines a spotlight on the incredible women of Bahrain. Each winner represents not just personal achievement, but the collective progress of our society. Their stories inspire us all and remind us of the unlimited potential when talent meets opportunity.”
The evening featured inspiring speeches, entertainment and networking opportunities, creating a memorable celebration of women’s contributions to Bahrain’s continued development and prosperity.
The awards were made possible through the generous support of sponsors and partners who share the commitment to empowering women and advancing gender equality across all sectors.
