A driver who allegedly performed reckless stunts and drove in a manner that endangered his life and the lives of other road users has been apprehended by the authorities, the Public Prosecution said.
Investigations were launched into the incident after a video of the stunts was circulated on social media platforms.
The vehicle was seized and impounded and the driver has been interviewed. He has been placed in pre-trial detention and is being referred for trial at the criminal courts.
