Justice, Islamic Affairs and Endowments Ministry’s Courts Affairs and Enforcements assistant under-secretary Nayef Khalifa Al Thawadi announced that from Tuesday, cheques with insufficient funds can be enforced through the “Open Execution File Using Executive Document” service on the Bahrain National Portal (bahrain.bh), in co-operation with the Information and eGovernment Authority (iGA) .
