The Thattai Hindu Community has rallied to help support the activities and relief programmes of the Bahrain Red Crescent Society (BRCS). Members presented a cheque for an undisclosed amount to the society’s secretary general Mubarak Al Hadi to support the organisation’s humanitarian work in Bahrain and abroad. Mr Al Hadi described the donation as a ‘positive example’ of community social responsibility and thanked the Thattai Hindu Community for its support. The donation will help towards several initiatives including medical assistance, emergency disaster relief and healthcare support, as well as assist other families in need.
