The Supreme Council for Women (SCW), in partnership with the UAE’s General Women’s Union and UN Women, held an event in Abu Dhabi to introduce the Princess Sabeeka Bint Ibrahim Al Khalifa Global Award for Women’s Empowerment. The event highlighted the award’s objectives in recognising initiatives that advance women’s empowerment across the public and private sectors, civil society and individual efforts worldwide .
