Interior Minister General Shaikh Rashid bin Abdulla Al Khalifa last night inspected the homes damaged in the Juffair area as a result of random and unjustified Iranian attacks on homes, residential areas and civilian targets.
The minister conveyed to the owners of the affected homes the greetings of His Majesty King Hamad and his concern for the security and safety of all citizens.
He also conveyed the greetings of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, and his concern for the safety and stability of citizens.
General Shaikh Rashid thanked the police personnel in all their locations for performing their duties professionally and commended the role of the field police media.
He praised the professional efforts of the Civil Defence personnel in dealing with the implications of the Iranian aggression.
“Anyone who betrays his country and co-operates in the aggression against Bahrain by photographing vital sites and facilities and publishing them on social media to be used in Iranian aggression is an accomplice in this aggression and will be punished according to the law,” he warned.
