The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has postponed the Class 12 board examinations scheduled in the Middle East from March 12 to 16, citing the mental agony of students and prevailing uncertainties in the region amid Iranian aggression.
The decision was announced in an official circular released on Monday, March 9.
CBSE will review the situation on Saturday, March 14, and issue updated guidelines regarding exams planned from March 16 onwards.
All Class 12 students are advised to remain in close contact with their respective schools and to follow official CBSE notifications for further updates.
This postponement applies to all CBSE-affiliated schools in Bahrain, Iran, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE.
