A residential building in Manama was attacked last night, killing one person, according to preliminary reports.
The Interior Ministry noted that eight were injured as a result of a blatant Iranian attack targeting a residential building in Manama'.
A resident at the nearby Courtyard Apartments told the GDN that there had been no warning and just a huge explosion, adding that there was no damage to the building where he resides or the nearby shopping area.
This is the second confirmed death since the Iranian attacks began last week.
The first death was Bangladeshi national Abul Mohsin Tareq who was killed on March 2 in a fire on a foreign vessel, after debris from an intercepted missile fell at Salman Industrial City.
