More than 570 expats were deported last month as part of a nationwide campaign aimed at stamping out labour violations.
According to the Labour Market Regulatory Authority (LMRA), a total of 3,517 inspection visits were conducted in October, alongside 175 joint campaigns, resulting in the arrest of 62 irregular workers and the deportation of 574 expats .
