A Bahraini teacher whose home was damaged during the recent attacks on Sitra has been publicly praised by Education Minister Dr Mohammed Mubarak Juma for her dedication after she continued teaching her students without interruption.
During an online class conducted through the Ministry’s digital learning system, the minister joined the session to personally thank Zainab Hubail, who lives in Sitra, in front of her students.
The minister said that despite the damage to her house caused by what he described as the “heinous Iranian aggression” against the Kingdom of Bahrain, the teacher did not miss a single day of work and continued delivering lessons to her students.
“I entered her class today through the digital educational system to thank her in front of her students for her honesty, dedication and excellence,” Dr Juma said.
He added that such commitment reflects the noble values of Bahraini educators and their sense of responsibility toward students even in difficult circumstances.
Dr Juma also affirmed that the Kingdom stands united during challenging times, praising the resilience of citizens and residents.
“We are all with you in this dear and safe homeland that shelters us under the banner of His Majesty the King, may God protect and preserve him, and His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister,” he said.
Students attending the online lesson expressed appreciation for their teacher’s dedication, describing her continued presence in class as inspiring despite the personal challenges she faced.
Education officials said the gesture highlights the ministry’s appreciation for teachers who demonstrate exceptional commitment to their profession and to the country’s education system.
