Is the conflict keeping you awake?
Yeah, it is hard to sleep when you hear the boom. I agree about keeping a schedule for going to bed/waking up. Another thing I do is I close my phone (this may not work for everyone if you are concerned about alerts). During the day, keep at least 30 minutes for yourself (read funny stories, watch kids’ cartoons, do random DOODLES ), and it helps, especially the funny stuff. And most of all, only read GDN for updates about Bahrain, and forget the rest because it doesn’t matter to your wellbeing.

Use the opportunity to value what you take for granted. Children and innocent are killed during unrest so we can’t complain about having to stay home.
