Alosra Supermarket has once again demonstrated its commitment to supporting the community through its annual Ramadan initiative, distributing essential Ramadan goods to families in need across Bahrain as part of its promise to be ‘Always With You’.
This year the initiative expanded its reach, delivering Ramadan charity boxes to more than 3,250 families across the kingdom. Alosra co-ordinated the distribution of the boxes through partnerships with the Ministry of Industry and Commerce, local governorates, charities, non-governmental organisations (NGOs) and social organisations.
The initiative reflects the company’s continued dedication to supporting vulnerable members of society and reinforcing the spirit of compassion and generosity that defines the holy month of Ramadan.
Working closely with partners including the Industry and Commerce Ministry, Rotary Club of Salmaniya, Nakheel Centre and Rotary Club of Seef, Alosra ensured that the Ramadan provisions reached families efficiently and effectively across multiple locations in the country. “We’re honoured to once again support families across Bahrain during the holy month of Ramadan,” said Alosra Supermarket director Ayachi Jomaa. “This initiative reflects the true spirit of Ramadan: compassion, generosity and community solidarity.
