Kuwait's Ministry of Electricity, Water and Renewable Energy announced on Friday the restoration of an additional overhead power transmission line to service after completing repair of the damage caused by falling debris resulting from the interception of the Iranian attacks.
The ministry's spokesperson Engineer Fatima Hayat said in a press statement that the repair works, carried out at dawn on the first day of Eid al-Fitr, reflected a high level of readiness and dedication to duty.
Hayat affirmed that technical teams continue to work around the clock to complete repairs on the remaining line, in accordance with the highest technical standards and safety procedures, to ensure the stability of the electrical grid and continuity of service.
She also praised the efforts of national personnel, including engineers, technicians, and field workers, noting that serving the country is an honour of the ministry's staff.
