The Ministry of Municipalities and Housing has activated its emergency and crisis center to manage seasonal field reports during the 1447 AH Hajj season through its award-winning "Emerge" system, recognized globally as a top-three smart city emergency platform.
Operating an entirely automated lifecycle from initial alert assessment to full recovery, the center maintains real-time operational coordination across the Makkah and Madinah municipalities. The center monitors field center readiness, updates vehicle and equipment inventories, and manages around-the-clock shift rotations.
