The Equal Opportunities Committee at the Bahrain Institute of Public Administration (IPA) held its second regular meeting of 2026, chaired by Iman Haider Ali, Director of Consulting and Research at the institute, and attended by committee members.
Mr Ali affirmed the IPA’s commitment to continuing to promote the principles of equal opportunities and gender balance through initiatives and policies that support women’s participation and empowerment in the workplace, in line with national priorities and the Sustainable Development Goals.
The committee reviewed latest developments in implementing its operational plan for the current year and discussed a number of initiatives and programmes aimed at strengthening an institutional work environment that supports gender balance.
