Municipalities Affairs and Agriculture Minister Wael Al Mubarak received Dr Oleksandr Balanutsa, Ambassador of Ukraine, resident in Abu Dhabi.
The minister highlighted bilateral ties, and wished the ambassador success in his diplomatic duties, contributing to further development and strengthening of relations between the two countries.
