Doha: Shaikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al Thani, Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the State of Qatar, received a telephone call from Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah Al Saud, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
During the call, the two sides discussed bilateral relations and ways to support and strengthen them, as well as the latest regional developments, particularly the agreement reached between the United States of America and Iran, and efforts to enhance security and stability in the region, the Qatar News Agency (QNA) reported.
Shaikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman emphasised Qatar's support for efforts aimed at strengthening regional security and stability and achieving sustainable solutions to outstanding issues through dialogue and peaceful means, in accordance with international law and the principles of good neighbourliness, in a manner that supports cooperation, development, and prosperity and serves the shared interests of the peoples of the region and the world.
