Many Gulf and Arab countries expressed solidarity with Bahrain following the Iranian drone attack on its lands early yesterday.
They strongly condemned Iran’s ongoing assaults, describing them as a blatant violation of the kingdom’s sovereignty, a threat to its security and stability, and a transgression of the international law and the Charter of the United Nations.
The Gulf and Arab countries affirmed full support for Bahrain in all measures undertaken to safeguard its security, sovereignty, and territorial integrity. They stressed that the continued Iranian aggressions undermine the regional and international de-escalation efforts and jeopardise regional security and stability.
They also called to continue the approach of dialogue and diplomacy and refrain from any acts that could stoke tensions and hamper peace efforts.
