Under the patronage of His Majesty King Hamad, the Supreme Council for Women (SCW) will hold the silver jubilee celebration of its establishment and Bahraini Women’s Day 2026.
Her Royal Highness Princess Sabeeka bint Ibrahim Al Khalifa, wife of His Majesty and SCW president, expressed appreciation for the King’s patronage of this important national occasion.
She said she was pleased to participate in national events that recall the achievements of His Majesty, and noted the designation of this year as ‘Year of Isa Al Kabeer’ in honour of the founder of the modern state and leader of institutional development, which coincides with the council entering its silver jubilee stage.
The occasion also reflects the recognition of the progress of Bahraini women.
