The LIKHA (Linangin ang Kakayahan sa Kabuhayan) Global Business Plan Competition has extended its submission deadline to July 15.
Linangin ang Kakayahan sa Kabuhayan (Livelihood Skills) is designed to promote entrepreneurship and create sustainable reintegration opportunities.
The Migrant Workers Office (MWO) Bahrain has invited Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) in the kingdom to participate. Those shortlisted will compete at a global level with OFWs from different countries. Twelve entries have so far been received since the competition was first announced last month.
Spearheaded by the National Reintegration Centre for OFWs, it aims to encourage them to transform their skills, experiences and innovative ideas into viable business ventures that can contribute to long-term economic stability and successful reintegration.
Launched last year, the programme provides participants with crucial entrepreneurial knowledge and skills and access to startup funding, expert business mentorship and valuable insights from industry professionals.
