HIS Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, has highlighted the long-standing nature of the strategic relationship between Bahrain and the United States and its continued growth across various sectors.
HRH Prince Salman was speaking yesterday as he received US Ambassador Stephanie Hallett at Riffa Palace.
He emphasised that the Bahrain-US strategic partnership continues to deepen through mutual agreements, particularly the Comprehensive Security Integration and Prosperity Agreement (CSIPA), in support of shared goals and aspirations.
HRH Prince Salman emphasised the pivotal role played by the US, together with its allies, in strengthening regional and international security, stability, and development.
The meeting also addressed regional and international developments, particularly ongoing regional events and the efforts to achieve security and stability.
The meeting further touched on the hostile Iranian aggression against the region and discussed several issues of common interest.
Prime Minister’s Court Minister Shaikh Isa bin Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa and Finance and National Economy Minister Shaikh Salman bin Khalifa Al Khalifa were also present on the occasion.
