Three Bahraini nationals were rescued after their boat broke down at sea, the Interior Ministry announced on X last night.
Coastguard patrols responded to a distress call, in co-operation with Police Aviation and the main operations room, checked the individuals’ condition, provided assistance and towed the disabled boat safely back to shore.
The Coastguard urged seafarers to follow maritime safety requirements and carry out regular vessel maintenance to help prevent accidents at sea.
