Kuwaiti security forces raided and arrested two minors after it was discovered that they had connections to the Islamic State (IS) terrorist group and plotted to attack places of worship.
According to a statement by Kuwait's Interior Ministry, the two minors received training on how to create explosives and instructions on how to use them in designated places of worship.
The two were referred for further legal action.
