The Education Ministry has issued a circular to schools outlining the necessary instructions for administrative and teaching staff, as well as students, in preparation for the start of the new academic year.
The circular called for preparing programmes to receive students throughout the first week of their return to school and for schools to familiarise them with essential information and procedures.
The ministry further instructed schools to update students’ data in the School Management System, with the updating process to be completed no later than the third week of September 2026.
Schools were also directed to ensure that all students are assigned to their respective classes, provided with their timetables, and that effective communication channels are established with parents to respond to all their enquiries and provide the necessary support and assistance.
