Backpack or trolley? How to choose the right school bag
Schools need to allow trolley/wheeled bags when they burden the children with time tables that require carrying almost all the heavy books to class each day.

I agree that trolley bags are a good option because they reduce the burden of carrying heavy books. However, they can sometimes be inconvenient for students, especially when getting on and off the bus, as they need to move around a lot and may not have enough space to pull the bag. Carrying a trolley bag up the bus stairs or through crowded areas can also be difficult. Therefore, while trolley bags are helpful for reducing the weight on students’ shoulders, they may not always be the most practical option for daily travel.

What about the pressure schools put on students through excessive assignments, homework and an overwhelming study pattern. Where are the guidelines for protecting their mental health? If children are constantly pressured to study, complete assignments and meet expectations, when will they have the time and freedom to explore, experiment and discover their hidden talents?
A child’s health isn’t only about their spine and posture. Their mental well-being matters too.

Bahrain needs stricter rules and regulations to save people from the effects of smoking. Toxic compounds from tobacco smoke damage cells. Vaping can cause inflammation, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, lung cancer, asthma and permanent lung damage.
