Most students found new places
after school suddenly closes
A large number of teachers who were affected by what happened at the school are still without jobs. Unfortunately, we do not feel that there has been enough co-operation or support from other schools towards the teachers, unlike the level of support and consideration that was provided to the students.
Despite the difficult circumstances and challenges the students went through, most of them have managed to secure places at other schools and will be starting their academic year normally. Meanwhile, many teachers are still left without any clear solutions or opportunities, despite the significant responsibilities they carry and the professional and personal commitments they have.
What is even more painful is that no one is talking about the teachers’ situation or shedding light on what they are going through. It feels as though our struggles do not receive the same attention. We are affected too. We have responsibilities, careers, financial commitments, and lives that depend on our jobs. All we are asking for is that the situation of the teachers be taken seriously and for there to be genuine co-operation and support to help us overcome this crisis, just as the students were supported and their futures were taken into consideration.

So sad! Why were parents not informed earlier? I believe there are seniors and that’s devastating.

Agreed. A better option indeed. Noor Al Diyar is academically strong.
