Eight suspects have been arrested in connection with two separate theft cases involving copper wires, internal air conditioning control units and electrical control units stolen from a commercial building in Sitra.
The total value of the stolen items is estimated at around BD70,000.
The Interior Ministry said the Criminal Investigation Directorate of the General Directorate of Criminal Investigation and Forensic Science arrested the Asian suspects, aged between 27 and 41, following investigations that led to their identification and capture.
The stolen items have been recovered.
Legal procedures have been completed, and the two cases have been referred to the Public Prosecution.
