His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, yesterday issued Edict (54) of 2026 restructuring the Government Land Investment Committee, as follows:
The Government Land Investment Committee shall be restructured under the chairmanship of the Under-Secretary for Research and Projects at the Prime Minister’s Office, with the following members:
Assistant Under-Secretary for Resources and Information at the Finance and National Economy Ministry (Deputy Chairman); Director-General of Land Registration at the Survey and Land Registration Bureau; Chief Executive Officer of Bahrain Real Estate Investment (Edamah); Director-General of the Housing Bank; Chief Investment Officer of the Bahrain Economic Development Board; Director of the Projects Directorate at the Prime Minister’s Office; Director of the Plans Implementation Directorate at the Urban Planning and Development Authority; Marwan Khaled Tabbara; and Mohammed Nabeel Mohammed Abulfateh.
The committee members shall serve a four-year term .
