A major residential development at Malkiya is set to expand Bahrain’s housing options, with 1,388 seafront plots planned alongside green spaces, recreational facilities and commercial outlets.
Northern Municipal Council member and area councillor Zainab Al Durazi welcomed the groundbreaking for infrastructure works at the Malkiya Coastal Development, describing it as an important step towards creating an integrated residential community .
