Shura Council member Dr Fatema Alkooheji has stressed the need for practical measures to tackle Bahrain’s worsening traffic congestion.
She pointed out that journeys that previously took around 20 minutes were now taking more than an hour, reflecting the increasing pressure on Bahrain’s roads and the impact of congestion on people’s daily lives .
