Three US astronauts aboard the International Space Station have cast their votes for the US midterm elections from hundreds of kilometres above Earth.
NASA astronaut Anil Menon shared details of the experience in a video on X.
He stated that he and his fellow American crew members had the opportunity to vote from orbit just like voters on the ground.
"Yes, you can even vote from space," said Menon, showing the small area inside his quarters that served as a voting booth.
Menon, alongside astronauts Jessica Watkins and Luke Delaney, filled out electronic ballots and transmitted them to election officials in the US.
