A TOTAL of 465 Sacred Heart School students were honoured at an annual awards ceremony yesterday.
Thirty-two students were also presented with their June 2017 IGCSE certificates.
The event was held at the school’s Isa Town campus and attended by school officials, faculty members and parents.
Chief guest at the event was Royal University for Women (RUW) president Mazin Jumaah. Also present were Sacred Heart Church parish priest Reverend Father Freddy D’Souza and school principal Sister Roselyn Thomas.
Following were the high achievers in the Edexcel International GCSE Exam of June 2017:
Halona Sancia Dantes – Outstanding Pearson Learner Award in English Language and Mathematics.
Precious Grace de Crastro Castillo – Outstanding Pearson Learner Award in Religious Studies and Mathematics.
Umashi Navisha Fernando – Outstanding Pearson Learner Award in Chemistry.
Yosra Qamar – Outstanding Pearson Learner Award in Accounting.
Shifa Usman – Outstanding Pearson Learner Award in English Language.
Out of 66 students who appeared for the IGCSE O-level exam in June, Outstanding Achievement Certificates were awarded to 32 students.
