A video circulating online of a cleaner allegedly stealing a gas cylinder from a house has been slammed as false.
An official from Gulf City Cleaning Company (GCCC) told the GDN that the cleaner was given the cylinder as a gift by the homeowner.
"We know the video is circulating and the cleaner was given the gas cylinder as a gift from the homeowner - he did not steal it as claimed," said the official.
"However, we will take action against the cleaner for accepting the cylinder as accepting gifts is a form of bribery and we take it seriously."
