Bahrain's consulate-general in Jeddah, in co-operation with the relevant authorities, has facilitated the return of Bahraini citizens in Mecca, Medina, Jeddah and Taif via the King Fahad Causeway.
Necessary health measures were taken to ensure the health and safety of the evacuees before their return to Bahrain, said the Foreign Ministry today.
Consul General Ebrahim Al Meslimani thanked the relevant authorities in Bahrain and Saudi Arabia for their co-operation in ensuring the safe return of Bahraini citizens.
