UAE-based Hili Mall has collaborated with Alshaya Group to launch four new brands at its retail destination in Al Ain as part of its ambitious expansion strategy.
Last year, the mall, which witnessed the launch of more than 28 brands, has firmed up plans for a larger expansion this year, said the company in a statement.
The new brands include Mothercare, a premier global retailer in the mother, baby and kids market; Milano, one of the leading retailers of fashion focused men’s and ladies footwear and accessories in the Middle East; Claire’s Stores, the leading specialty retailer of fashion accessories and jewelry for young women and girls; M·A·C (Make-up Art Cosmetics), a leading brand of professional cosmetics that boasts over 400 outlets in more than 50 countries.
Also, dip 'n dip, the original house for all the best chocolate dipped desserts, Crepes, Waffles, hot and cold drinks, has opened up a shop in the mall in March, it stated.
Hany Abd El Hamid. the deputy general manager at Hili Mall, said the new brands followed a study on the requirements of Hili District and its suburbs, and is a continuation of the mall’s strategic plans to bring new brands to Al Ain’s retail scene.
In the heart of Al Ain’s bustling Hili district, this mall has over 120 shops and a premium selection of men’s, women’s and children’s fashion, apparel and accessories, electronic appliances, household goods, home décor and furnishing, coffee shops, restaurants, family entertainment and a food court.
“Our expansion plan is in direct response to the increasing demand from Al Ain in general and Hili District in particular. Several brands that were launched in Hili Mall last year held shoppers save both time and effort,” stated Hamid.
Featuring iconic design with natural lighting, Hili Mall serves about 1,300 nearby apartments with offerings for their daily needs, which is encouraging more brands to set up presence in the mall, said the top official.
“Hili Mall has succeeded in building a loyal customer base, due to the ongoing offers, especially in newly launched brands. For example, the debut of Milano brand was combined with 50 per cent discount,” he noted.
“We invite all residents and visitors of Al Ain to visit Hili Mall and experience the variety of entertainment and shopping attractions. Moreover, further expansion is planned taking into consideration the feedback of the surrounding community and visitors,” he added.-TradeArabia News Service
