Abu Dhabi: An 82-year-old Emirati and a 30-year-old Comoros Islands national died in an accident with stray camels.
Another Comoros Islands national was injured when their car collided with four stray camels in the Emirate of Ras Al-Khaimah.
“The first two died instantly due to fatal injuries while the third passenger was rushed to hospital for treatment,” said RAK Police central operations director-general Brigadier Dr. Mohammed Said Al-Humaidi.
He urged owners of stray camels to take extra care of their animal which may cause fatal accidents, reported local Arabic daily Al-Bayan.
