Motorists have been urged to be cautious on the road as thundery showers hit the kingdom.
“The General Directorate of Traffic calls upon all road users to be cautious in the rain, keep a safe distance and focus on the road ahead,” said the Interior Ministry on its Twitter account.
The weather will remain cloudy with scattered rain showers that may become thundery at times, according to the Meteorological Directorate at the Transportation and Telecommunication Ministry.
It is likely to remain unsettled and wet until Wednesday at least.
