Putin said during a Press conference held at the end of the tripartite summit in Tehran: “With regard to Turkey’s efforts, as well as the proposals of other countries, such as Saudi Arabia, which offers its mediation, as well as the UAE, and they have the ability to do so, we thank all our friends, who offer their capabilities. Even just wanting to contribute in some way is a noble thing.”
The UAE has always stressed before the Security Council the importance of finding a solution to the Ukraine crisis based on the principles of state sovereignty, independence and territorial integrity, and in a manner that serves the maintenance of regional security.
