Higher Education Council (HEC) secretary general and its board vice-chairperson Dr Shaikha Rana bint Isa bin Daij Al Khalifa received students from four Bahraini universities who took part in the student camp in Istanbul.The camp was organised by the Aladdin Project in co-operation with Unesco .
