A team of youngsters from the GCC and neighbouring countries visited Hoorat A’ali’s Farmers’ Market.
They toured the market, which is a subsidiary of the Bahrain Development Bank (BDB). It was set up to enhance local agriculture sector by providing a place for farmers to display their products.
In addition to learning about the services provided to farmers by the bank, the delegation was also introduced to BDB’s initiatives to empower young entrepreneurs. Their visit last month was part of a youth camp hosted by the Youth and Sports Affairs Ministry.
