MANAMA: Eagle Hills Diyar (EHD), the developer of Marassi Al Bahrain, has begun construction on the Address Residences Marassi Vista.
The main contractor, Al Ghanah Group, is working hand-in-hand with the project’s lead consultant, U+A, alongside sub-consultant, Gulf House Engineering (GHE), towards a target completion date of Q2-2024.
Marassi Vista is a 10-storey building, consisting of two basements, a ground floor, a podium, eight floors, and a rooftop, with a built-up area of 33,756sq m.
It will be home to over 200 luxury residential units ranging from studios to three-bedroom apartments.
Overlooking a sea view and surrounded by green parks, Marassi Vista will also include a number of retail stores.
Commenting on the latest updates, Dr Maher Al Shaer, managing director of Eagle Hills Diyar, said: “We are pleased to announce that we have commenced construction on our latest residential project, Address Residences Marassi Vista.
